CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of U.S. international tax returns.Apply knowledge of recent tax reform concepts (GILTI, FDII, BEAT, etc.) to assist in meeting the reporting requirements of the Company's OUS operations.Research complex tax issues and be proficient in interpreting and applying the tax law, regulations, and cases to specific transactions and factual situations.Assist with the annual and quarterly tax provision processes, including review and analysis of OUS tax provisions, analysis of tax accounts and reserves using Longview tax provision software. This includes a working knowledge of ASC 740 tax accounting and other necessary FAS pronouncements, as well as internal controls.Assist with responding to IRS audit information requests.Participate in special projects including providing support for international tax planning transactions. POSITION ACCOUNTABILITY / SCOPE: Reports to Manager- International Tax.Interacts with personnel throughout the tax and finance organization. BASIC EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS: Required Skills: Minimum of 3?5 years of international tax experience.B.A./B.S. in Accounting/Finance required.
