A Silicon Validation Engineer is needed for an American multinational technology company that develops, manufactures, licenses, supports, and sells computer software, consumer electronics, personal computers, and related services in the Portland, OR area. This position will validate chip designs, execute tests, debug issues, and collaborate to ensure silicon functionality, while improving validation methodologies.

responsibilities:
- Seeking a Silicon Validation Engineer.
- Responsible for validating functionality and performance of chip designs.
- Develop and execute validation test plans.
- Test various SoC features and subsystems.
- Functional, stress, and performance testing using hardware/software tools.
- Analyze test results, identify, isolate, and debug issues.

- Computer architecture knowledge (3+ years).
- Silicon validation/verification/testing (3+ years).
- Basic scripting knowledge, Python (3+ years).
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related field.

- 3+ years of silicon validation, testing, or debugging experience.
