A Quality Support Technician is needed for a manufacturing company considered one of the world's leading innovators in materials science in the Woodland, CA area. This position will support a wide array of quality department tasks relating to developing and implement systems, procedures, and projects required to successfully accomplish departmental, plant, and corporate goals and objectives.

responsibilities:
- Manage critical dates of quality department deliverables and drive for on-time closure (i.e., OOS investigations, nonconformances, CAPAs, etc.).
- Oversee controlled records management, including document control scanning and filing (i.e. calibration records, water testing, raw material CoAs, etc) in a timely and efficient manner.
- Create and implement electronic organization of controlled records within existing systems and databases; responsible for ensuring newly implemented systems remain current and up-to-date.
- Manage incoming raw material review and releases; including the management of all associated records; including, potential materials/ supplier nonconformances.
