Randstad Digital is in search of an IT - OT Service Managment with and industry leading employer. In this Role the Change Managment Consultant will helping our customers design and implement processes and procedures based on established operational frameworks. This role involves analyzing the current technology (OT) infrastructure identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies and solutions to enhance an OT and IT service delivery and support approach.

responsibilities:
- ITIL Implementation and Management: Lead the implementation of ITIL processes and practices across OT and IT services, including but not limited to service strategy, design, transition, operation, and continual service improvement. Define roles, responsibilities, and escalation procedures for managing OT services throughout their lifecycle. Identify strengths, weaknesses, gaps, and improvement opportunities in OT service management.
- Process Development and Optimization: Develop, document, and refine OT and IT Service Management processes and workflows in accordance with ITIL, ISO 20000,COBIT, or NIST Cybersecurity Framework. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Service Level Management: Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define service level agreements (SLAs), operational level agreements (OLAs), and underpinning contracts both internal to an organization and with external vendors.
- Incident and Problem Management: Guide our clients in the creation of incident and problem management processes to minimize the impact of service disruptions and prevent future incidents through root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Change Management: Guide our clients in the creation of the change management process to ensure changes to IT services are assessed, approved, and implemented in a controlled manner, minimizing risk and disruption.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting: Help out clients establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT services and processes. Generate and analyze reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain OT Service Management strategies that align with the client's overall business and OT strategies. Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and technology advancements.
- Project Management: Be able to support the management of resources through project deliveries
- Lead our clients: through high level OT Service Management discussions and discovery strategies pertaining to the electric utility industry focusing on IT and OT service delivery.
- Identify, write, and present: OT Service Management Strategies and technical papers, white papers, and presentations.
- Support Sales: Responsible for participating in and leading the OT Service Management portion of sales pursuits and proposal development.
- Ensure compliance: with company and site safety policies.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- Equivalent work experience can be substituted
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational technology and information technology
- Minimum 5 years of experience in OT service management, consulting, or related roles, preferably in industrial sectors such as manufacturing, energy, or utilities.
- Knowledge of typical project management methodologies such as agile or waterfall.
- Knowledge of OT service management frameworks, standards, and best practices, such as NERC/CIP, ITIL, ISO 20000, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, or ISA/EC 62443.
- Understanding of operational technology (OT) systems, including industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, PLCs, and LoT devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
- Leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams and projects.
- Professional certifications related to service management (ITIL) and/or project management (PMI) are a plus.
- Transmission/Distribution/Generation/Telecom(SCADA, ADMS), Municipal Government, Federal Government, Airport and Facilities industries is preferred.
- 2 to 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm (large or boutique - e.g., Accenture, West Monroe, GridBright) delivering digital-technology strategies and architectures including
- OT systems
- 3 to 5+ years of experience as an employee of or consulting with an electric utility (IOU or large municipal/cooperative - e.g., CenterPoint Energy, CPS Energy, Entergy, Pedernales Electric Cooperative) providing Service Management with OT responsibilities
- Experience operating solutions in distribution operations of an electric utility including
- Information Technology and Operational Technology components
