This person will be the main point of contact onsite for all visitors, vendors, and even internal employee assistance. This role involves supporting operations, finance, and human resources. This is an onsite role, Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM, WITH parking. The ideal candidate will be highly reliable (opening and closing the office each day), have experience as an administrative assistant, and be looking for their next permanent/long term home! What’s In It For You? -Work in a stable and growing company -Free parking -Competitive pay and full benefits – medical, dental, vision, disability & life, generous 401k, PTO Qualifications: -3+ years of experience in administrative support -Well Organized -Highly reliable, proven ability to commute onsite daily -Professionalism, excellent communication skills -High attention to detail and problem solvingsalary: $52,000 - $54,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Assist the CEO and CFO with all travel and event planning coordination including going to local stores for supplies • Assist the Marketing department on tradeshows and giveaways • Report monthly marketing spend vs budget • Responsible for managing building security access, landscape and plowing needs as well as liaison between outside vendors such as office cleaners, coffee, vending machine, pest control, etc. • Daily cash application • Manage credit card activity in Concur and ensure all receipts are received and uploaded • Review expense reports for accuracy • Responsible for accurate time off management which includes managing the call-out line, managing time off in the shared calendar and reporting time off monthly to managers/supervisors • Send out customer invoices daily • File vendor and customer invoices • Maintain AP Scanning in SharePoint • Open and distribute mail including Amazon deliveries.
