What We’re Looking For Experience: 3–5+ years of direct accounting or bookkeeping experience (multi-entity, real estate, or commercial property management background strongly preferred). Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables). Experience with Vista Viewpoint, or similar systems is a plus. Accounts Payable & Fixed Assets: Manage high-dollar equipment purchasing transactions, process vendor invoices, maintain the fixed asset register, and oversee intercompany lease billings. Cash & Banking Operations: Perform monthly reconciliations across 10+ bank accounts, manage remote deposits, upload Positive Pay files, and support treasury transfers. General Ledger & Close Support: Post journal entries, process accruals, assist with month-end close, and prepare supporting schedules for audits, tax filings, and insurance renewals. Confidential Operations: Assist with family office accounts, special projects, and philanthropic initiatives with complete discretion.
