Take ownership of monthly and quarterly close processes, including PO accruals and Reclass JEs, to ensure close accuracy. Oversee daily approvals, such as Purchase Requisitions, Contingent Worker requests, and FTE movements. Manage headcount and expense reporting and budget management. Ensure effective Chart of Account management. Identify and track outsourced team performance metrics, developing strategies for improvement. Assist in creating a framework for evaluating workstreams to shift to the offshore team and implement a seamless process for the transition. Lead process improvement projects to streamline and automate existing FP&A processes and tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Be willing to "roll up your sleeves" and take on or teach operational tasks to support the team's goals. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent field. 10+ years of accounting or financial experience, including operational roles (e.g., GL accounting, FP&A, etc.). Prior working experience with a captive or outsourced accounting and finance team, or a COE function. Experience in learning new systems/tools and proactively seeking opportunities to create operational efficiencies.
