Identifies the question(s) behind the question to proactively offer consultative expertise and uncover the unstated need. Maintains a record of the conversations with members. Review and use member regards to support their needs and use that information to build a stronger relationship. Working on 3-4 monitors and moving in and out of 10-12 systems.
