Southwire Company, LLC is seeking a self-motivated, high-energy Inside Sales Representative to join our team 100% onsite in Carrollton, GA, where you will serve as a vital commercial link handling inbound calls and emails from distributors and contractors, generating accurate pricing quotes, performing seamless order entries via Salesforce, and tracking purchasing trends to identify upsell opportunities. This newly opened junior-level role requires a High School Diploma or GED paired with 2–4 years of professional corporate experience, a proven track record in team-oriented customer service, and an innate drive to take ownership of client needs—with a college degree, sales prospecting skills, and SAP experience highly preferred.salary: $24 - $25 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Behavior Analysis: Monitor and observe customer purchasing behavior and active sales trends to identify proactive upsell or cross-sell opportunities. Inbound & Outbound Support: Handle incoming calls and emails from distributors, contractors, and end users to provide accurate product information and resolve routine service issues. Systems Administration: Enter sales orders, customer notes, and related transaction details into CRM (Salesforce) and ERP databases to maintain data accuracy and tracking. Interdepartmental Coordination: Contact external vendors and internal corporate departments to confirm material availability, delivery timelines, or technical product specifications. Customer Care: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by following up on open quotes, shipment status, and product feedback, escalating issues appropriately when necessary. Operations Support: Prepare and organize sales materials, product catalogs, and customer records to support day-to-day inside sales operations and training needs.
