It is a casual environment with a fantsastic team! salary: $25 - $28 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Greets visitors, and direct them to the appropriate person based on needs Manage incoming calls and transfer to correct department Monitor visitors and maintain logs Manages incoming mail, and forward to necessary departments. Reply appropriately Enter functions in HRIS (Workday): requisitions, job changes, terminations, LOA, etc Prepare materials including applicant packets, new-hire orientation packets, wellness information, etc. Report monthly human resources department statistics such as recruiting, turnover, and training. Create, organize, and maintain departmental PowerPoint presentations. Coordinate travel arrangements for Leadership Team as needed. Coordinate training programs such as reserving/preparing conference rooms and related office materials, and handling any applicable food and beverage needs. Plan/coordinate various events including service anniversaries, retirement celebrations and special celebrations. Organize and maintain files including personnel files. Coordinate all new-hire pre-employment exams.
