Support and coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process in the US, collecting all new hire forms and offboarding paperwork. Perform US data entry and audits in HRIS, including but not limited to data entry of new hires, transfers, promotions, address changes, benefit elections, and terminations; create personnel action forms (PAF) for all employee changes. Support with invoices and expense reports, and reconcile the HR credit card monthly. Support with payroll.
