The HR Office & Employee Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and engaging workplace. This position is responsible for managing front office operations while supporting Human Resources initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. Serving as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors, this role ensures the office operates efficiently while partnering with HR to coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, company events, onboarding support, and internal communications.
