Our client is seeking an HR Manager to bring on to the team in a quickly growing company that is currently at approximately 40 employees. This is an ONSITE role located in Northlake region of Charlotte. Hybrid nor remote work will not be considered. Ideally, we would like to see someone with a SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification. Benefits start the first of the month of the following month after start date which includes medical, dental, vision and 401K, PTO, and 9 holidays!salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities Employee Lifecycle: Manage onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and exit interviews to support retention. Employee Relations: Serve as the primary contact for inquiries, resolving workplace issues and advising on policies. Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment, collaborating with agencies to support high-volume hiring. Compliance & Admin: Maintain accurate personnel files; ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws. Compensation & Benefits: Administer benefits enrollment and manage compensation structures via market benchmarking. Performance Management: Administer the annual evaluation process and support workforce planning. Payroll & Reporting Payroll Processing: Process timely, accurate payroll using ADP and Paycircle, managing timekeeping and deductions. Reconciliation & Audits: Resolve payroll discrepancies and support year-end processing, including W-2 coordination. Reporting: Generate monthly HR and operational reports for the leadership team.
