job summary: Randstad is working with a financial services company that is looking for a contract System Analyst/Project Manager. The individual will oversee and contribute to all phases of software development lifecycle from requirement gathering to application deployment with a specific focus on Resiliency and Scalability project. He/she will work closely with application architects, developers, analysts, quality assurance, Infrastructure teams and internal business teams to understand strategy and design, analyze processes, develop & document requirements, process, workflow, procedure etc. The ability to estimate, plan and adapt to achieve the relevant deadlines is important. The ability to collaborate, lead, and keep all project members focus, on track and informed is essential.
