Under direct supervision, the Earned Income Coordinator performs clerical accounting procedures, utilizing knowledge of accounting practices and classifications. This role involves preparing and maintaining financial and business transaction data, ensuring accurate accounting records, and generating reports. The coordinator will also engage with customers, vendors, and colleagues professionally to provide accurate and timely information. This position functions as part of a team within the department and organization, undertaking various duties as assigned to support the company's goals.salary: $20 - $22 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Track monthly financial reports, including vendor managed income contributions and return on vendor investment. Review monthly receivables for local and corporate programs. Perform data entry, maintenance, and monitoring of all vendor programs for tracking, such as local purchasing and marketing programs and corporate pass-back programs (e.g., billbacks, rebates, incentives for sales staff, flyer allowances, managed income). Send invoices to vendors or brokers, verify receipt of payments, and follow up on delinquencies. Generate and maintain accurate records, including printing reports for management or other departments. Provide backup support for other accounting or administrative staff as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience. 6 to 12 months of experience in accounting, accounting admin support, or related fields. Preferred Qualifications: 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting, accounting admin support, or related areas.
