Proctor Live Cases: Act as the subject matter expert in the OR, guiding clinicians through live endoscopic harvests of the saphenous vein or radial artery. Drive Adoption: Partner with the sales force to identify growth opportunities, ensuring hospitals reach full proficiency and "gold standard" status with our technology. Consult & Support: Act as a dedicated resource for existing customers, solving complex clinical challenges and ensuring the highest levels of patient safety and product performance. What Makes You Stand OutEVH Expertise: You have direct, recent experience performing endoscopic vessel harvesting. Whether you've used Maquet VasoView, VirtuoSaph, or Venapax, you are a master of the technique. The Clinical Pedigree: You are likely a Surgical First Assistant (CSFA), Physician Assistant (PA), or Registered Nurse (RN) with a deep background in Cardiac surgery. The "Coach" Mentality: You enjoy teaching others and have the patience and communication skills to guide a veteran surgeon through a new technical process. Autonomy: You are comfortable managing a multi-state territory, balancing a heavy travel schedule with the flexibility of a remote home office. Your BackgroundClinical Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical work experience required. Technical Skill: Required expertise with Endoscopic Vein Harvesting (EVH). Education: B.S. in Engineering, Biological Sciences, or equivalent clinical certification/years of experience. The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) provides anesthesia care, including preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative management, in support of medical operations under the program. The CRNA delivers safe, high-quality anesthesia services in collaboration with physicians,nurses, and allied health personnel in a Military Treatment Facility (MTF) or equivalent healthcare environment. In addition to base salary -Leave allowance and Household storage allowance are part of the pacakge Responsibilites: - Administer and monitor anesthesia for patients undergoing surgical, obstetric, orprocedural interventions, including:- General anesthesia- Neuraxial and regional anesthesia- Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC)- Perform preoperative patient assessments and develop anesthesia care plans.- Monitor patient vital signs, airway, and physiological status throughout anesthesia care.- Respond to anesthesia-related emergencies and provide advanced life supportinterventions.- Maintain accurate anesthesia records in compliance with regulatory, MTF, and contractrequirements.- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer review, and professionaldevelopment programs.- Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers tooptimize perioperative care.- Maintain readiness to provide anesthesia services in deployed, remote, or austereenvironments. Education: - Graduate of an accredited Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing (BSN) program.- Completion of an approved course in Nurse Anesthesia acceptable to HQ USAF/SG.- Master's degree in Nursing Anesthesia from an accredited program is required. Licensure/Certification: - Current, active, valid, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in at least one U.S.state, DC, U.S. Commonwealth, or territory.- Current certification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification forNurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).- Must maintain licensure and certification in good standing throughout employment. Experience: - Minimum of 36 months post-training experience delivering and monitoring all types ofanesthesia (general, neuraxial, regional, and MAC).- Meet CEU requirements of 40 CEUs every two years, as accepted by the AANA Councilon Recertification. Life Support Training:- Maintain current certifications in:- Basic Life Support (BLS)- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)- All certifications must remain current and valid throughout employment.
