What You'll Do
- Strategic Client Engagement: Serve as an expert business consultant and trusted advisor, leveraging your industry knowledge and thought leadership to help a key Retail & CPG customer achieve their digital transformation goals.
- Business Growth: Drive new business through direct client engagement, territory planning, and selling our comprehensive IT staffing services. You will lead the execution of new agreements and optimize existing relationships to maximize growth potential.
- Market Leadership: Analyze market trends and strategically position Randstad Digital's strengths in areas like cloud and infrastructure, customer experience, data & analytics, and digital & product engineering.
- Relationship Cultivation: Establish and cultivate strong relationships at senior levels, serving as the primary point of contact for your client and key partners.
- Collaborative Delivery: Work closely with project and program management to ensure successful delivery of talent solutions through our integrated model.
What You'll Bring
- Proven IT Staffing Sales Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience selling technical talent solutions and a proven history of expanding services within assigned accounts. IT Staffing industry experience is preferred.
- Relationship Acumen: A demonstrated skill in cultivating enduring, integrity-based relationships.
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding abilities in communication, presentation, and negotiation.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities, with a documented history of outperformance.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Retail & CPG industry is a significant advantage.

Randstad Digital operates in a hybrid work model in areas where we have offices. There should be no expectations that this is a full time remote role, even in areas where we have no offices at the time of hire. You are expected to comply with our hybrid work policy and guidelines.
Pay Rate: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 Annually
Randstad offers competitive pay and bonus structures. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
