Seeking a visionary Executive Delivery Partner, Solutioning to lead presales and solutioning, transforming complex client challenges into innovative IT service solutions. This role drives Solution Architects, leads qualification, and owns end-to-end proposal development by bridging client needs with our cutting-edge Solutions offerings.

What you get to do:
- Strategic Solutioning & Lead Qualification: Partner with executive client respreseantatives to deeply understand their technology challenges, translating business needs into aligned, innovative IT service solutions (Cloud, Digital, Data & AI, CX). Qualify opportunities and oversee the solution design team to ensure strategic fit and efficient proposal development
- Proposal & Deal Development: Own the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, from creating compelling SOWs and RFP responses to developing accurate financial models. Facilitate contractual approvals (legal, credit, risk, finance) and ensure seamless documentation handover to delivery teams. Maintain RFP templates for efficiency
- Executive Collaboration & Operational Excellence: Communicate deal status to executive stakeholders, maintain CRM integrity (Salesforce.com), and ensure compliance with risk and partnership requirements (Microsoft, AWS, etc.). Manage solution documentation and provide cross-functional support for solution development.
What you need to bring:
- 12+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, or IT services delivery, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in Cloud & Infrastructure, Application Services, Data & AI, or Managed Services.
- Strong track record of business development success in presales or client-facing solutioning roles.
- Prior experience with a global consulting firm or systems integrator is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to describe and document complex technical requirements clearly and concisely
- Experience with International / Offshore delivery models
Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of modern technology stacks, enterprise architectures, and IT operations.
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, ITIL, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Expertise in various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Financial acumen with a solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
