The Operations Admin will be responsible for on-site operations within the local Randstad Digital office. This on-site role will be primarily responsible for completing verifications (virtual and in person) for W2 talent as part of the Randstad Digital onboarding process. Additionally, the Operations Admin will handle all incoming calls, greet visitors, support travelling leaders and perform basic administrative duties, as needed.
What you get to do:
- Virtually & in person meet via Google Meet with W2 talent to complete the Form I-9 verification as part of the onboarding process
- Submit talent details to complete Section 2 of the I-9 and complete the eVerify process
- Communicate effectively with the onboarding team on the status of verification
- Issue badges and parking passes for the office
- Office supply ordering and restocking
- Maintain common areas and equipment for general tidiness
- Large executive (ELT+) and Senior Leader administrative and meeting support
- Assist traveling leaders
- Submit work orders for office maintenance requests
- Mail pickup/distribution
What you need to bring:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- College degree preferred
- Entry level – some admin experience preferred (1-3 years)
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to interact with all levels of leaders in an organization
- Adapts quickly to changing processes, guidelines, and requirements
- Must be a “Quick Study” when learning new systems and skills
- Proficient using Google Mail, calendaring, and shared drives
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
