The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations & teams for a specific Enablement vertical. In this role, you will support the sales, recruiting, and delivery effort through outstanding customer service, and proactive placement of talent, support implementation of Randstad Digital Enablement strategies to capture market share; manage the sale and delivery of products/services to achieve the agreed result; budget accountability; goals and objectives management; maintain communication with established clients to ensure successful business development.

- Establish operating policies that affect subordinate multi-level organizational units.
- Interpret, execute, and recommend modifications to organizational policies
- Accomplish results through subordinate supervisors or exempt specialist associates. Modifies the structure of organizational units or a centralized functional activity subject to senior middle management approval; often responsible for managing a staff function of the company.
- Train and on-board new associates; ongoing training of existing associates and tracking of IDPs
- Act as an advisor to the subordinate supervisors or staff members to help meet established schedules or resolved technical or operational problems. Directly participates in establishing/administering centralized functional projects. Submits and administers budget schedules and performance standards
- Drive and implement company and region operations strategy Quality and service excellence
What you need to bring:
- Minimum High School or GED High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- 4 – 5 years of operations experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong customer focus and customer service skills
- Experience presenting to C-level executives
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects
- Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements
- Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
- Strong management skills based on several years of experience, including people development and team building
- Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
- Must be willing to travel to offices as needed

In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
