The Staffing Recruiter (formally known as the Talent Solutions Manager) is a pivotal position that drives top talent attraction, sourcing, interviewing, and presentation for Randstad's local mid-market Professional Talent Solutions branch focusing on banking, office, admin, finance and accounting placements with our local clients! This role also manages talent once placed, and assists with the further development and growth of client relationships.
With respect to clients, this role is responsible for continuously building and maintaining internal partnerships with sales and account managers by understanding our client’s business, strategic directions, and hiring processes and policies, with the goal of planning to grow and develop accounts. This person will exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance that are directly related to the management and operation of the business, including:

- Manage the disciplinary process for talent
- Independently research, identify, recruit, screen, conduct in-depth interviews, evaluate, and select candidates to interview for client specific job profiles and/or to market for new business.
- Leverage multiple technologies to enhance the candidate and client experience, i.e. video interviewing and chat platforms.
- Produce the best client and talent match by delivering against a consistent and effective recruiting plan ensuring the correct quantity and quality of Talent is maintained in a pipeline aligned with the clients’ needs by using all available methods of candidate attraction.
- Prepare candidates for client interviews, perform compensation analyses and prepare and extend competitive offer packages.
- Assist candidates to assess multiple opportunities and determine the optimal fit for the candidate if multiple job opportunities arise.
- Consistent ongoing interaction with placed Talent to identify additional opportunities with clients and future placement opportunities for new talent.
- Ensure compliance and coordinate efforts pertaining to applicant screenings (background, assessments, drug testing) and any client specific requirements as needed and mitigate risks by ensuring compliance with RP policies and EEO laws, both federal and state.
- Establish focused business recruiting plans to develop a pipeline of candidates that meet focus jobs.
- Maintain community involvement and business networking.
- Perform within operational standards of excellence while using both concept specific tools and other resources for recruitment and selection of Talent and attain or exceed established personal and/or branch profit goals.
- Responsible for accurate completion of all required reports and activity tracking to achieve company KPIs on a timely basis
- Leverage concept specific tools to document client activity to help drive sales effectiveness and seek out opportunities for improvement.
What you need to bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of staffing/industry experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience, required
- 2 years Staffing industry experience
- 3-5 years of high volume recruiting experience, with proven success in sourcing and placing candidates for positions in HR, non-clinical healthcare, finance and accounting, business administration, sales & marketing and legal.
- Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
- Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
