Site Manager (On-Site Staffing & Operations) - High-Volume Client Partnership

RIS provides a unique, embedded staffing and operational solution, serving our top-tier clients with significant, high-volume workforce needs. As a Site Manager, you won't just fill jobs—you'll be the dedicated, on-site face of Randstad, partnering with the client to solve their most critical workforce challenges.
What You'll Do & The Impact You'll HaveThis role is a dynamic mix of HR management, strategic client partnership, and high-volume recruitment. You will operate as a critical on-site extension of the client's HR function.

Strategic Client Partnership:

Build, own, and maintain a robust partnership with client hiring managers and leadership.

Gain a deep understanding of the client's business, operational processes, policies, and strategic direction to align talent strategy.

Present formal business reviews and propose innovative workforce strategies to client leadership groups.

Talent Acquisition & Management (High-Volume):
-
Lead the full-cycle, high-volume recruiting process on-site: screen, interview, select, and manage all aspects of the client-specific workforce.

Proactively develop and maintain a robust, evergreen talent pipeline that ensures the consistent quantity and quality of candidates needed.

Market talent's skills and abilities, ensuring the best match for both the client's needs and the candidate's career goals.

Operational Excellence & Compliance:

Act as the primary manager for all Randstad employees on-site.

Maintain strict compliance with all operational standards, employment laws, and regulations.

Proactively manage and resolve complex client and employee situations in a professional and effective manner.

Consistently deliver services that delight our clients and talent through consultative engagement and effective solution delivery.

Experience & Expertise
-
2+ years of professional experience in a business, sales, or recruiting environment.

1+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting or staffing (preferred).

Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage a multi-faceted workload in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Competencies

Exceptional relationship-building skills with a proven ability to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels of a client organization (from floor supervisors to executive leaders).

Strong ability to identify customer needs and navigate complex expectation management—knowing when to deliver, decline, or adjust strategies.

A consultative approach and a drive to offer creative and effective employment solutions.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
