Cella by Randstad Digital is regarded as the premier digital, marketing & creative workforce solutions firm in the U.S. We’re seeking highly skilled Perm Sales, Account Manager to land, grow and maintain deep and lasting relationships with mid-sized and large accounts and clients. You'll sell and begin to represent the full suite of Cella’s workforce solutions with a focus on direct hire, permanent sales to mid- large clients. This role is required to be highly visible within the client to enhance relationships and promote the Cella high-touch commitment.

What you get to do:
- Build an effective consultative relationship with clients and key contacts during the sales process working towards a dynamic level of Trusted-Advisor status with each client.
- Proactively meet with existing hiring managers within named accounts to build and maintain customer relationships, discuss upcoming needs and offer insight to the talent market
- Ability to lead Client Visits independently.
- Responsible for skill marketing top talent weekly to client contacts.
- Collaborate with others to develop sales proposals designed to meet individual client needs. Negotiate expectations, terms, conditions and pricing of services with new clients with support from leadership, delivery and corporate operations.
- Help manage financial health of account(s).
- Takes lead on client communications and job qualification calls.
- Operate as the day-to-day point of contact for searching orders within named accounts including but not limited to protecting revenue margins, submitting talent, coordinating interviews, eliciting client feedback and facilitate onboarding and offboarding including exit interviews.
- Compiles talent submission for client submittals.
- Take an active role in the daily open orders meetings and set the daily priorities with recruitment partners.
- Builds and maintains a pool of qualified talent/ candidates who are available for client positions.
- Reviews resumes and candidate applications by skills, conducts applicant telephone pre-screenings, schedules and conducts in person interviews/portfolio reviews, skills assessments (when applicable), placement potential and eligibility.
- Stays knowledgeable of the entire hiring process and ensures compliance of hiring guidelines, internal reference requirements, level of applicant education and/or experience requirements, internal test grades and portfolio evaluation.
- Conducts in depth interviews to gauge candidate’s viability for open positions.
- Consults talent on interview process with clients. Prepare talent prior to each interview by conducting call with talent discussing details about position including corporate culture, supervisor’s name, work schedule and expectations.
- Performs regular quality control checks with clients and talent to ensure our value of Service Excellence is being met.
- Continually educates oneself on both the staffing and the creative industries through industry publications, online research, association events and competitor sites on recruitment best practices, staffing industry news and information specific to the core areas in which we do business.
- Meets or exceeds margin dollar goal.
- Meets weekly activity and outcome metrics and goals.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
What you need to bring:
- 1+ years of experience working within a recruiting environment, preferably permanent / direct hire recruiting experience.
- 1+ years of sales experience in the creative, digital and marketing space.
- Professional communication skills that include comfort in presenting services at all levels
- of a client organization and via various mediums (live Power-Point presentations, virtually hosted presentations, and general phone and/or web conference) as well as at live industry events.
Knowledge of strategic selling concepts and consultative sales. - Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Must posses experience and knowledge of sales and recruiting process.
- Recruiting process and methodology followed for every deal
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Strong client facing skills to conduct qualifying in-take calls, search updates and to help facilitate on-boarding of direct hire talent.
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
- Must thrive in a fast pace, deadline driven environment.
- Must be comfortable and have experience in a metrics driven environment.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
