responsibilities:
The Senior Financial Analyst, will direct all aspects related to the financial forecast, annual budget, and profitability studies of management perspective to ensure full compliance.
- Develop and maintain daily dashboard (financial and non-financial KPIs).
- Prepare cost center and segment management reports for department heads and monthly financial presentation on results to executive management.
- Ensure supporting investment committee policy and procedures for the company.
- Manage and direct rolling financial forecast and annual budget of management perspective.
- Maintain new business segment profitability studies to ensure compliance.
- Support upper management with year-end audit requirements.
- Preparation of monthly Management Discussion and Analysis
- Partner with departments to produce analysis across horizontals and verticals within the business on a monthly basis.
- Deploy Power BI and maintain the output of Daily / Monthly dashboards of financial and non-financial performance across the business
- Work with department heads to produce a variety of financial performance analysis for the appropriate management decision making.
- Assist department heads with ad-hoc analysis of financial results.
- Assist CFO with development / analysis of variances against plan.
qualifications:
- Advanced financial accounting / data modeling knowledge.
- BSc in Finance / Business Administration with satisfactory academic performance. MBA desirable.
- Certified Public Accountant (ACCA, CPA, CMA) preferred
- 5+ Years of working experience within a professional services corporation that generates revenue in excess of $200 million.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
