Our client is a top home developer based in Chesterbrook PA! They are looking for a detail oriented, senior accountant to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate monthly financial and cost reports.
- Manage the reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
- Help ensure financial compliance and support audit preparations.
- Process commissions and review sales agreements.
qualifications:
What We're Looking For:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting. A CPA designation is a definite plus.
- At least 4 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in property management or homebuilding is a significant advantage.
