responsibilities:
Project Requirements & Deliverables: leading the financial workstream across three phases: cleanup, deal prep, and diligence.
- Financial & Operational Cleanup: Audit Readiness / Intercompany Reconciliation / Process Improvement / System Integrity
- Deal Preparation & Forecasting: Quality of Earnings (QoE) Support / Financial Modeling / Marketing Material Support
- Sales Process & Diligence: Data Room Management: Due Diligence Leadership / Bidders Calls
- Mandatory Core Experience: Project/Professional Services Finance: / M&A Sell-Side Experience: / Transaction Accounting Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of technical accounting issues relevant to a transaction, specifically / Revenue Recognition for long-term projects (e.g., ASC 606/IFRS 15) / Intercompany eliminations and multi-entity consolidation, especially involving overseas centers / Normalization adjustments and working capital calculations for Quality of Earnings / Pre-Audit / Audit Readiness: Experience taking a previously non-audited company through the rigorous process of audit preparation and/or a first-time QoE review.
- Critical Financial & Technical Skills: Financial Systems / Operational Finance
qualifications:
Must have experience in Professional Service project based billing.
Must have a current licensed CPA
Must have directed a QoE Data Room Management in the last 24 months
Must have a successful track record of Sale Side Due Diligence
