job summary:
Our client is a Mid-sized company (privately held) with $100 million in revenue requiring an Interim Controller for a 3+ month project. This client is located in DFW metroplex needing a Controller Consultant to work on-site in the office 5 days a week. This client is looking for an Interim Controller but would also consider an interim-permanent arrangement.

responsibilities:
The focus of the work will be a 12 month look back @ the books. The project may include a financials restatement prior to future LOI(s) and sale process and prepare the company's financials for future sale side readiness.

 
qualifications:
Must have 5+ years experience as a Corporate controller

Must have % of Completion

Must be a CPA

Must have recent sell side due diligence experience (in the last 5 years)

Must have Construction industry experience (Electric Contracting Specialty)

Preferred ERP (Foundation)
