- NetSuite Power User: You are highly proficient in NetSuite. You don't need a manual; you hit the ground running on day one.
- The "Industrial" Edge: You have experience in the Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Environmental or Industrial sectors and aren't intimidated by complex operations.

- A Seat at the Table: You'll work directly with the Controller, gaining exposure to complex accounting issues and private equity reporting that most Senior Accountants never see.
- System Ownership: You'll be the go-to for ERP optimizations and process improvements. If you see a way to automate a workflow, you have the green light to do it.
- Career Velocity: This is a high-visibility role in a $100M+ organization. Success here is the fastest path to a Management or Controller track.
- Mastering the Close: Owning key segments of the month-end and year-end close to ensure institutional-grade financial accuracy.
- Technical Deep Dives: Managing complex reconciliations and ensuring every entry stands up to the scrutiny of a top-tier audit.
- Operational Support: Partnering with the AP/AR and billing teams to streamline cash application and billing accuracy.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying "bottlenecks" in the current accounting process and using your NetSuite expertise to fix them.
