Fishbowl Superuser integration consultant for a 4-6 weeks in duration to assist a mid-size manufacturing company that has already implemented fishbowl. This consulting project is to increase the inventory system's functionality and usage. The client needs to increase the fishbowl system adoption at the plant site and needs customized reports built.

responsibilities:
To leverage expertise in Fishbowl and QuickBooks to enhance system functionality, streamline operations, and improve the accuracy and utility of financial and operational data, ultimately driving better decision-making and profitability.
The project will focus on the following key areas, drawing from proven success in similar reimplementation and improvement initiatives:
- System and Process Refinement:
- Review and establish comprehensive policies, procedures, and business practices for operations and accounting to ensure elevated and consistent use of Fishbowl and QuickBooks.
- Cleanup existing production processes and resolve outstanding inventory issues to ensure data integrity.
- System Functionality Enhancement:
- Identify and enhance core Fishbowl system functionality to better align with current business needs.
- Create automation through integration points between Fishbowl and QuickBooks to reduce manual effort and improve data flow.
- Costing and Tracking Accuracy:
- Establish accurate standard costs within the system to provide reliable product cost information.
- Implement and verify serial number tracking capabilities to enhance inventory control and traceability.
- Develop reporting structures to accurately establish and track profitability by product line.
qualifications:
Must be a Fishbowl Inventory system "super user"
Must have a background in accounting at the Controller level or higher
Must be able to work ""on-site" in Texas
