responsibilities:
- Perform in vitro immunology assays, including T cell proliferation, cytokine release, and dendritic cell (DC) co-culture experiments
- Handle and culture human primary immune cells such as PBMCs
- Conduct multicolor flow cytometry (minimum 8-color panels) for immune profiling and functional analysis
- Prepare samples, run assays, analyze data, and maintain accurate lab documentation
- Follow established protocols and assist in troubleshooting assay issues
- Collaborate with team members and communicate findings clearly and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment while adhering to safety standards
qualifications:
Required Skills:
- BS with a minimum of 5 years, or MS with a minimum of 3 years, of experience in immunology, cell biology, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture techniques
- Proficiency in multicolor flow cytometry (minimum 8-color panels)
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently under general supervision in a laboratory setting
- Experience working with human primary immune cells (e.g., PBMCs)
- Familiarity with T cell and dendritic cell functional assays
- Background in immunological assay development or optimization
- Experience troubleshooting complex in vitro assay systems
