We're looking for a Project Manager (Smartsheet Program Planner) to join a leading biotech - US Medical, Strategy & Operations team. You'll leverage your Smartsheet expertise to manage critical project plans and support key initiatives, acting as the operational backbone for their team.
MUST HAVE
- Pharma/Biotech Experience: Utilizing the below skills
- Smartsheet Super User: Extensive, hands-on experience creating, managing, and maintaining complex Smartsheet dashboards, reports, and workflows is most critical.
- Relevant Departmental Background: Experience within a similar departmental setting, such as Medical Affairs, Commercial, or Strategy & Operations.
- Dedicated Project Planner: The ideal candidate has served in a dedicated planning role, with a strong focus on building, managing, and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets. A deep understanding of project management and planning principles required.

Key Responsibilities
As the Project Manager for two Therapeutic Areas (Specialty & Rare Disease), you'll be the operational backbone of the team supporting the Commercial PMO as the Smartsheet Subject Matter Expert and Program Planner, responsible for proactive project planning and Smartsheet management.
- Project Planning & Management: Serve as the dedicated planner for each Therapeutic Area, managing the overall product plans and tactics. This includes supporting the annual planning process.
- Smartsheet Super User: Act as the Smartsheet expert for the team. You will create and maintain project plans and dashboards, and provide training and support to other users as needed.
- Risk Management & Reporting: Proactively identify and highlight project risks, tracking and escalating issues when task updates are not completed. You will create weekly progress reports based on Smartsheet updates and team meetings.
- Meeting Facilitation: Facilitate weekly team meetings for each Therapeutic Area. This involves working with Medical Directors to set the agenda, keeping the meeting on track, and reviewing project dashboards to ensure accountability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Ensure project updates are regularly captured and reported. You will work with the Strategy & Operations lead and Medical Directors to provide updates for monthly dashboards and respond to requests from the commercial PMO.
