Entry level for employees who develop proficiency in R&D Procedural work and expertise in Application work by combining hands-on experimentation with scientific principles and knowledge from science/engineering education to drive foundational technical understanding and solve technical problems.

responsibilities:
- Delivers technical outputs which address critical innovation challenges and completion of key milestones.
- Set up, operate, and maintain the lab equipment.
- Test, monitor, and keep detailed logs of the experiments.
- Responsible for submitting submissions for physical laboratory tests. In addition to submitting the request, they will be responsible for completing all necessary documentation (preparing samples, labeling, product traceability, sample traceability) and dropping off samples.
- Responsible for executing demo development replications. This will include them needing to be in the lab and conducting set protocol for various demos.

- Attention to Detail
- Critical thinking and problem solving, primarily in the execution of laboratory experiments using the scientific method
- Experience using different computer systems (Microsoft based programs)
- Proficient computer skills (excel, word)
