Key Responsibilities
- Perform and interpret analytical testing to support process and product development teams.
- Generate complete, accurate, and concise documentation using electronic systems and laboratory notebooks.
- Operate and maintain specialized laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
- Participate in driving technology development and analytical support for both GMP and non-GMP environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with process development teams to ensure efficient and scalable understanding of processes and products.
- Contribute to deviation and CAPA investigations, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain a safe and compliant laboratory environment, including general housekeeping and training completion on assigned tasks.
qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a life science, chemistry, or engineering related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience performing analytical testing in a laboratory setting.
- Prior experience with Veeva or other electronic quality management systems.
- Previous experience with deviation and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, produce quality results, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong documentation skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Physical, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or a related engineering discipline.
- Strong theoretical understanding and hands-on experience in small molecule/peptide analysis.
- Experience with a broad range of chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques.
- Prior experience supporting process development/scale-up activities and formulation development.
