As the Facility Management Lead, you will provide strategic leadership for all facility services at their East Hanover campus. You will manage third-party service providers, ensuring the highest standards for our buildings, grounds, and infrastructure while building key relationships and driving continuous improvement.
This is a 12-18 month contract to HIRE role. 100% onsite in East Hanover. 8-5, but can require additional working times for example: snow removal

responsibilities:
- Strategic Oversight: Lead the management of third-party service providers and vendors, ensuring operational excellence, budget adherence, and continuous improvement across all facility services, including buildings, grounds, and infrastructure.
- Planning and Compliance: Develop and implement both short- and long-term business strategies, including 1-3-5 year plans, to optimize operations, reduce costs, and ensure all facility activities meet strict regulatory, safety, and compliance standards (GXP, FDA, OSHA, etc.).
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key liaison for all facility-related matters, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal business stakeholders and external service providers to drive performance, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
qualifications:
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a facility management/maintenance environment.
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical facility operations
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements like Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Strong financial skills, including experience with budgeting, capital planning, and maintenance.
