responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of product registration dossiers for international markets based on regional regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate data collection from cross-functional teams including R&D, Product Safety, Packaging, and Quality.
- Maintain product registration records and documentation in internal regulatory systems (e.g., RegOne).
- Track registration timelines, renewals, and other key regulatory milestones to support timely market access.
- Monitor and summarize regulatory updates impacting product registration requirements.
- Support local regulatory affiliates and global teams by responding to documentation requests and maintaining clear communication.
- Follow established processes and SOPs for registration preparation and ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences)
- 0-3 years of experience in regulatory affairs or related roles, preferably within cosmetics, OTC, personal care, or pharmaceutical industry
- Basic familiarity with registration processes having to do with cosmetic regulatory
- Internship or co-op experience in regulatory affairs or product development
- Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks (e.g., ASEAN, LATAM, GCC, EU)
- Experience in documentation management or database systems
- Basic understanding of INCI, labeling, or formula data
