responsibilities:
- Support method development, optimization, robustness, and validation studies for therapeutic biologic products.
- Perform and lead tech transfers of final analytical methods to commercial testing labs.
- Conduct laboratory testing as assigned.
- Contribute to the creation of product control strategies.
- Generate comprehensive data packages to drive product and process understanding.
- Assist with clinical supplies release testing and stability studies.
- Prepare content for clinical trial applications and marketing authorization submissions.
- Maintain a laboratory notebook in compliance with Good Laboratory/Manufacturing Practices (GLP/GMP).
- Independently understand and execute established methods and techniques, including operation of relevant software.
qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field with at least 3 years of lab experience, or a Master's degree with 0 years of experience.
- Core Lab Skills: Proficiency in routine laboratory activities, such as sample preparation, weighing, pipetting, pH measurement, and solution preparation.
- Documentation: Ability to maintain a laboratory notebook in compliance with GLP/GMP.
- Technical Proficiency: Independent understanding and execution of established analytical methods and techniques, including operation of relevant software.
- Work Ethic: Ability to multitask and work effectively within timelines.
- Separation Techniques: Practical experience with and knowledge of protein HPLC (e.g., SEC, IEX, HIC), capillary electrophoresis, and other separation techniques.
- Lab Experience: Prior experience with the routine laboratory activities mentioned above is highly preferred.
- Project-Oriented: Ability to multitask and work within timelines is preferred.
