responsibilities:
- Conduct independent analytical testing to support the development and quality check of ingredient portfolio.
- Facilitate technology transfer and assist in onboarding global local testing laboratories for the ingredients business.
- Perform competitive product evaluations through laboratory testing and analysis.
- Contribute to the development and validation of stability testing methods tailored to customer-specific finished products.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance and innovate testing methodologies for ingredients.
- Proactively monitor and analyze market trends to uncover competitive insights and potential threats.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to address technical inquiries from customers with timely and accurate information.
qualifications:
- Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or a student nearing graduation
