Seeking a Data Standards Manager III to join a dynamic Governance team and drive critical risk assessment initiatives. You'll play a key role in ensuring data integrity and compliance across global operations. In this role, you will be a vital part of the Convergence Governance team, helping to implement and manage the Governance Risk Assessment Program, ensuring alignment with global standards and regulations.

responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the Risk Assessment Program in compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Participate in and manage changes to global and local Risk Management documentation.
- Track and follow up on the implementation of Risk Management action items.
- Prepare and update Risk Management metrics and reports.
- Provide support for Compliance activities and internal audits.
- Align Convergence data governance with various cross-functional compliance policies and procedures.
qualifications:
Required skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in science, technology, law, ethics, compliance, risk management, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in Information Risk Management or a similar field, with at least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Core Competencies: Strong project management, collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of data storage and security principles, and excellent computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify problems, analyze data, and propose solutions.
- Education: Master's degree or a professional certification.
- Knowledge: Broad knowledge of information management and protection laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience: Information governance experience, particularly with personal and company information, systems, and infrastructure.
