responsibilities:
- Performing a variety of analytical test methods to support the release of products and materials.
- Understanding and maintaining a safe work environment for yourself and others.
- Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for all laboratory records and procedures.
- Assisting in trending data to support assay performance.
- Revising procedures as needed and providing departmental support.
- Supporting laboratory investigations.
qualifications:
Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Medical Technology, or a related science field.
- At least 3 years of related work experience.
- Strong background in Quality Control (QC) is preferred.
- Experience with analytical techniques such as HPLC, SEC, and ion exchange chromatography.
- Proficiency with Empower software.
- Experience with UV-Vis and IR spectroscopy is a plus.
- Background in biologics or biopharmaceuticals.
- Strong soft skills including a collaborative and eager-to-learn attitude.
