Randstad Life Sciences is seeking a Plasma Production Planner to manage plasma inventory and production scheduling at our Plasma Logistics Center. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and timely handling of inbound and outbound plasma deliveries.

responsibilities:
- Inventory and Data Management: Accurately perform data entry using systems like SAP and the Plasma Management System (SGP) for inventory control and production scheduling.
- Documentation and Compliance: Review all inbound shipment documents from donor centers to ensure they are accurate and legible, with all units, signatures, and other details matching.
- Problem-Solving: Use critical thinking and judgment to perform assigned tasks and to follow up on clues and leads when researching atypical situations.
- Communication: Interact directly with donor center management to resolve documentation issues and collaborate with internal teams.
- Risk Evaluation: Evaluate situations for potential risks and recommend solutions to mitigate or eliminate them.
- Compliance: Maintain knowledge of and adherence to cGMPs and SOPs (current Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures).
qualifications:
- Education & Experience: An Associate's degree in business management or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- System Knowledge: Experience with inventory control systems, including SAP and Microsoft Office, is required.
- Core Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to evaluate situations and think critically are essential.
