Join a world-renowned leader in the cosmetic products industry as a Quality Technician I. In this crucial, on-site role, you will be the technical backbone supporting our production units, vendors, and quality labs. You will ensure that our products not only meet but exceed the highest quality standards, providing direct support to maintain compliance with rigorous regulatory and quality system requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Provide essential technical support to Production Units, outside vendors, and Quality Laboratories to ensure adherence to Quality System and regulatory requirements.
- Perform statistical sampling and conduct a range of tests on packaging components, bulk materials, and finished goods to verify quality and specifications.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving quality-related issues, ensuring timely and effective corrective actions.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate documentation and records in compliance with established procedures and guidelines.
qualifications:
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Science or Engineering discipline, or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong emphasis on quality control.
- Experience with and a solid understanding of compliance to FDA and ISO guidelines, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), auditing, and documentation requirements.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in statistical sampling methods.
- Direct experience conducting tests on packaging components, bulk, or finished goods.
- Color matching experience.
