responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organize stability and reference standard studies to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Interface with various groups to request samples, resolve issues, and implement new studies.
- Provide timely stability services, including writing protocols and ensuring materials are placed in chambers promptly.
- Review, analyze, and trend results to identify potential significant negative or aberrant trends.
- Communicate concerns with management, customers, and lab personnel to ensure appropriate actions are taken.
- Compile clear and concise graphical and tabular data summaries.
- Author, review, and approve change control documents.

Required Skills
- Experience with stability and reference standard studies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
- Knowledge of change control processes.
- Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
