responsibilities:
- Conduct method development, optimization, and validation studies.
- Perform routine laboratory activities, including sample preparation, weighing, and solution preparation.
- Maintain a detailed laboratory notebook in compliance with Good Laboratory/Manufacturing Practices (GLP/GMP).
- Execute established methods and techniques, operating relevant software with independence.
- Support commercial formulation and process development studies in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Contribute to the tech transfer of final methods to Quality Control (QC) labs.
- Participate in clinical supplies release testing and stability studies to establish product dating.
qualifications:
Required Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field with 3-5 years of lab experience, or a Master's degree with 0 years of experience.
- Lab Skills: Experience with routine laboratory activities such as sample preparation, weighing, pipetting, and pH/solution preparation.
- Documentation: Ability to maintain a laboratory notebook in compliance with GLP/GMP standards.
- Execution: Independent understanding and execution of established methods, including the operation of relevant software.
- Work Style: Strong ability to multitask and work effectively within established timelines.
- Techniques: Practical experience and knowledge of protein High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) (e.g., SEC, IEX, HIC), capillary electrophoresis, and other protein analysis separation techniques.
