Our client is seeking a Senior Project Specialist to join the team for a 3-month contract position. In this fully remote role, you'll play a crucial part in their Global Legal Operations team, providing essential support with Legal Contract Management (LCM) and Approvals and Authorization (A&A) policies. If you have at least 5 years of experience in a legal environment, preferably in contracts administration or legal operations, we want to hear from you. They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can hit the ground running. While the role is remote, we are particularly interested in candidates in the Pittsburgh area who can occasionally come into the office if needed, but we will consider other East Coast candidates.

responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for all questions regarding our Approvals and Authorization (A&A) policy and Legal Contract Management (LCM).
- Manage the daily intake and assignment of LCM requests and review Confidentiality Agreements.
- Create and deliver training sessions, materials, and workshops to educate business partners on approved legal forms and templates.
- Maintain and organize legal archive records for the Global and North America Legal Operations teams.
- Assist with special project requests, including running reports, pulling legal documents, and fulfilling due diligence requests.
qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal environment, with a strong background in contracts administration or legal operations.
- Excellent technical skills and proficiency with various software and platforms.
- Must be highly detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in Legal Operations and notarization is preferred.
- Graduate degree is preferred.
