- The successful candidate will contribute to the discovery of targeted therapeutic molecules by evaluating novel protein degraders through functional cellular assays, leveraging strong expertise in cell biology and biochemistry.

- The scientist will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing experiments, generating and characterizing therapeutic reagents, and conducting data analysis to advance innovative drug discovery programs.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Immunology, Cell Biology or a related Biological Sciences field, with 3-5 years of relevant hands-on experience.
- Extensive experience in in vitro human cell culture, including various immune cell types, with proven ability in cell-based assay development.
- Proficiency in multi-color flow cytometry, including instrument operation (e.g., BD Canto, MACSQuant) and independent data analysis using FlowJo or equivalent software.
- Strong background in cell biology and biochemistry techniques, such as ELISA/MSD, Western blotting, Wes/Jess, and confocal microscopy.
- Demonstrated ability to design, plan, and execute well-controlled in vitro experiments using novel research tools or reagents.
- Hands-on experience with protein-protein interactions, degradation pathways and lysosomal biology is highly desirable.
- Prior research experience with cutting-edge protein degradation technologies (e.g., PROTACs, LYTACs, or related modalities) is strongly preferred.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic research environment.
