As a Manufacturing Support Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our cGMP production environment. You are responsible for the precise execution of environmental monitoring and utility sampling to ensure total compliance. Additionally, you will drive manufacturing readiness by overseeing aseptic equipment preparation, including specialized glassware washing and sterilization processes.

responsibilities:
- Aseptic Sampling: Execute routine and non-routine sampling of Water for Injection (WFI), Purified Water (PUW), and Clean Steam.
- Environmental Monitoring: Conduct rigorous EM sampling within cGMP cleanrooms to ensure sterile conditions.
- Material Preparation: Manage the end-to-end preparation of manufacturing materials, including assembly, glassware washing, and autoclaving.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain real-time, accurate batch records and documentation in strict accordance with cGMP standards.
- Operational Support: Perform routine facility cleaning and assist cross-functional teams in resolving quality deviations or investigations.
- Flexibility: Support 24/7 manufacturing operations by working weekends and holidays as required.
qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma with 2+ years of GMP experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: environmental monitoring, water sampling, autoclave operation, or glassware preparation.
- Compliance: Deep understanding of cGMP regulations and aseptic techniques.
- Communication: Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Preferred: Prior experience with SAP or specialized aseptic sampling is a significant plus.
