responsibilities:
- Manage the intake and triage of all medical information inquiries received via phone, email, or Medical Information Request Forms (MIRFs).
- Provide accurate written and verbal responses to inquiries using approved standard documents, FAQs, and scientific literature.
- Document all medical information processes and interactions meticulously within the departmental database to ensure audit readiness.
- Monitor and process adverse events (AEs) and product quality complaints (PQCs) in strict accordance with Pharmacovigilance SOPs.
- Reconcile adverse event reports and track departmental metrics to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Submit necessary reports for Sunshine Act aggregate spend tracking and maintain healthcare compliance in all internal and external interactions.
- Support ad-hoc projects related to the implementation and onboarding of the Medical Information Contact Center.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field or equivalent professional experience in a Medical Information role.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within a pharmaceutical Medical Information department or a Medical Information Contact Center.
- Working knowledge of current regulatory guidelines and healthcare compliance.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage inter-departmental relationships.
- Experience working with Medical Information databases such as SciMax MI (MIQ), IRMS, or Veeva MedInquiry.
- Therapeutic knowledge in Oncology, Cardiology, or Neurology.
- Experience within the radiopharmaceuticals, medical imaging, or diagnostic agents field.
