responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be expected to perform or manage the following core responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Quality System procedures and essential process documentation.
- Manage and Oversee activities related to Supplier Controls to ensure compliance.
- Ensure Compliance of all product, process, and system quality activities with Corporate and governmental regulations.
- Provide Quality Assurance support across various manufacturing processes, including medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
- Translate strategic quality directives into effective tactical objectives and actionable plans.
- Support specific quality system areas such as Document Control, Validation, and Training.
qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences.
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Systems roles.
- Proven experience writing Quality System procedures and process documents.
- Direct experience in Supplier Controls management.
- Must have experience working within the pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing industry.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- ASQ certification (e.g., CQM/OE, CQA).
