As a Clinical Contract & Budget Specialist, you will be the engine behind our clinical site activations. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of site contracts, ensuring that life-saving research begins on schedule. This is a 100% remote environment within a fast-paced, prestigious industry leader.

responsibilities:
- Negotiate & Execute: Drive negotiations for Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), NDAs, and Service Agreements, ensuring all legal and financial guidelines are met.
- Budget Management: Develop and finalize site budgets and payment milestones to ensure fair market value and study sustainability.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Partner with Legal, Finance, and Study Teams to resolve complex bottlenecks and escalate issues where necessary.
- Lifecycle Oversight: Manage contract amendments, terminations, and rigorous tracking within internal systems to maintain a clear audit trail.

- Negotiation Expert: Proven experience successfully negotiating high-stakes contracts and clinical budgets.
- Tech Savvy: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (validated via testing during the application process).
- Focus & Integrity: Ability to commit 100% to this role during core business hours; concurrent employment is not permitted.
