Operating at the intersection of logistics excellence and radiological safety, the Specialist maintains the integrity of the supply chain in strict accordance with DOT and IATA regulations. The successful candidate will be a guardian of compliance, ensuring that every life-saving shipment meets the highest standards of safety and scientific rigor.

responsibilities:
- Execute the precision packaging and global distribution of radioactive, hazardous, and non-hazardous materials in full compliance with DOT and IATA mandates.
- Manage the end-to-end intake process for consolidated shipments and radioactive isotopes, performing meticulous inspections and verifying documentation against procurement records.
- Conduct and document radiological contamination wipes for all outgoing shipments to ensure the absolute safety of transport personnel and end-users.
- Maintain the integrity of the warehouse and shipping facilities, upholding stringent safety protocols and organized inventory management.
- Uphold the Quality Management System by ensuring all logistics activities align with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and ISO 17043 standards.
- Collaborate with the finance and accounting departments to provide daily verified shipping and receiving documentation.

Required:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of one year experience in shipping and receiving hazardous materials
- Dangerous Goods / IATA certification a plus
