A biotech organization is seeking an experienced Field Operations Leader to step in quickly and support critical commercial initiatives. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with strong visibility and potential to convert to a full-time position.
MUST HAVE:
- Project Management capability to manage multiple, parallel workstreams, including:
- Incentive Compensation (design changes and execution support)
- Field Operations & Deployment (footprint changes)
- Operational Process Improvement initiatives
- Fleet / Vehicle Program management (vendor partnership, program changes, change management, and communications)
- CRM & Ops support using Veeva CRM and MS Office tools

responsibilities:
The person in this role will collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic initiatives for field teams and translate that strategy into executable plans. The teams reporting to this leader are accountable for:
- Supporting commercial sales field teams across all aspects of execution.
- Designing customer interaction plans that align with brand strategy.
- Implementing field technology to enable a best-in-class customer experience.
- Designing and administering incentive compensation plans that align with company principles.
- Developing awards and recognition programs.
- Leading the development of execution plans, performance reporting, and leadership dashboards.
- Setting the strategic direction for current and future field enablement platforms (e.g., CRM).
- Managing incentive compensation plan performance through goal setting and business trend forecasting. This includes monitoring budget deviations and supporting leadership decisions.
qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in pharma sales operations / field operations
- Prior pharma field operations experience is critical
- Strong cross-functional coordination and execution skills
- Experience operating in fast-moving, change-driven environments
- Rare disease experience is a plus
